Field Day
This fun-filled day will be this Thursday, May 28th! Please have your children wear the t-shirts that they tie-dyed in art class. We are excited that Kona Ice will be at Field Day to help cool off our students! Please send in $1 with your student(s) for Kona Ice. The weather looks warm. Put sunscreen on your students before school, and allow them to wear a hat for field day if they’d like.

School Supplies
It’s that time again! We are so lucky to have the option to order school supplies for the next school year.

Order forms will be coming home within the next several days (or you may have received them already) for you to purchase your school supplies via Schoolkidz. Although paper forms are being provided, please make every effort to order your supplies on the convenient and easy online system at:
www.shopttkits.com using Acct# 86441.

Also – don’t forget to order your bulk items like ear buds and flash drives….these are not included in the kits, but are offered for purchase through Schoolkidz bulk items. Online orders are due June 19. Paper orders due June 12.
A portion of all orders will benefit our PTA. Avoid the hassle of back-to-school shopping this summer, and order now!

This is not your mom’s PTA. We don’t have bake sales. We do raise a lot of money and spend it here, but our mission is to improve the educational environment for every student and to make parental involvement the basis of our presence. How do we do it?  Through financial commitment, providing volunteers, providing family fun, and advocating on behalf of our school community.

The Mission of the PTA is:

  • To support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community, and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children;
  • To assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children;
  • To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.
