We meet every Wednesday morning from 7:45- 8:40 before school in the Art room and the Computer Lab. The committee is responsible for creativity, layout, and design. You will take photographs and work with several computer programs. Please send in your letters by September 30, 2016. Sixteen students will be chosen for this club and announced through WCES on October 3, 2016. Please see Mrs. Morris if you have any questions!!!!

We have the best teachers and staff here at CES, so what better way to show them than with thank-you luncheons! The PTA Hospitality Committee coordinates parent volunteers to donate dishes and helps supplement the cost for 4-5 luncheons throughout the school year.
Have you noticed all of the new landscaping around CES? Thanks to our dedicated Beautification Committee volunteers and PTA funds, our school looks more and more beautiful every year!
Make your end of summer/back to school transition easier by ordering all of your kids’ school supplies in the Spring! Our PTA sponsors this program to take the burden off of busy families so you don’t have to battle with the crowds to get those school supplies. Each tool box is grade-specific with everything your child needs for the upcoming year. Watch for the order form in backpack mail in the spring!
Clothes Closet is a Community Outreach Program and Green School Initiative sponsored by CES PTA. Clothes Closet accepts donations of gently used clothes and like-new shoes and then distributes the clothes to anyone who wants them on a few distribution days during the school year. Typically, the fall distribution focuses on clothes for the colder months (such as coats, pants, sweaters, sweats) and the spring distribution focuses on clothes for the warmer months (t-shirts, shorts.) As a Green School Initiative, the clothes are reused and it saves the greater community and families valuable resources, such as money, time, and transportation costs.
The PTA sells t-shirts for each grade. These are terrific to wear on field trips and for school events.
Your $10 membership fee helps the PTA get on secure financial ground–and you get on our e-blast and receive a copy of the school directory!
Parent Coffees are times to discuss items such as parking lot, school curriculum, policies and procedures and common core standards. This meeting is for the benefit of bringing up related items that need to be discussed or situations that incur that need to be rectified.
